As we expand our offerings to launch a brand-new online store, we are looking for a dedicated Webstore Manager to take the reins. You’ll be managing product listings, processing orders, handling inventory and dispatch, and driving sales through effective advertising. If you have a passion for Warhammer, or any other Miniature Games, and TCGs, even better!
What You’ll Do:
List and manage products on our new webstore.
Process orders and ensure smooth dispatch and delivery.
Handle inventory management, restocking, and liquidation processes.
Create and execute advertising campaigns to boost sales.
Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer queries.
Analyse sales data and develop strategies to optimize performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing an e-commerce store or similar role.
Familiarity with gaming products like Magic: The Gathering and Warhammer.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing and advertising strategies.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
What We Offer:
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
