About UKTC
UKTC is one of the world’s leading tournament organisers in tabletop gaming. We build, deliver, and grow organised play programmes, large-scale events, player communities, and competitive ecosystems across multiple game systems.
We are now looking for an Organised Play Programme Manager to help lead the day-to-day delivery of a major new workstream focused on a high-profile new tabletop game with worldwide reach, while also supporting related client projects as capacity allows.
This is a role for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, calm under pressure, and able to turn complex conversations into clear plans and practical delivery.
The Role
You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of a major organised play programme. Your main focus will be to keep projects moving, manage deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure that work is delivered to a very high standard.

event readiness coordination

client communication
and internal team coordination
You will work closely with senior leadership and will play a key role in helping turn strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day delivery of a major organised play programme
Keep track of deadlines, actions, approvals, and client requests
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-up communications
Coordinate updates to rules documents, policy documents, operational manuals, and supporting materials
Support the planning and readiness of activations, demos, events, and tournament operations
Coordinate across internal staff, freelancers, and external partners
Turn client feedback into clear internal actions and delivery plans
Maintain version control, process discipline, and high documentation standards
Support programme build work such as judge structures, event frameworks, and operational systems
Help identify scope gaps, delivery risks, and practical solutions before they become problems
Use spare capacity to support other client projects in the tabletop space
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
Able to work independently without needing constant oversight
Practical, structured, and solutions-focused
Interested in tabletop games, organised play, and event operations
Essential Requirements
Experience in tabletop gaming, organised play, tournaments, conventions, or live events
Office background
Strong project management or programme management experience
Experience coordinating complex deliverables across multiple stakeholders
Excellent written English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage timelines, trackers, and operational documents to a high standard
Confidence working in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
Willingness to travel when required
Strong working knowledge of Excel/GSheets, Word etc.
Desirable Experience
Familiarity with scrum / agile working practices
Experience working with rules documents, policy documents, or structured operational processes
Experience in client services, account management, or partnership management
Familiarity with registration systems, tournament software, or operational platforms
Experience supporting community, judge, ambassador, or volunteer structures
