Two major venue upgrades: Spring ITT at NAEC Stoneleigh and Surrey in Weybridge
The UKTC community keeps raising the bar. Now we’re raising it with you.
Record-breaking demand, more teams finding their competitive home, and more players making a weekend of Warhammer with their friends: organised play is growing, and we want the experience at our events to grow with it. Today, we’re announcing two major venue upgrades for 2027—bigger spaces, exciting new settings and more room for the community we love.
Spring ITT moves to NAEC Stoneleigh, Hall 3, on 24–25 April 2027. The March Surrey Super-Major moves to St George’s College Activity Centre in Weybridge on 20–21 March 2027. Both weekends keep their original dates.
Winter ITT is showing us what comes next
The response to Winter ITT has been extraordinary. It has already broken its previous attendance record and the world record for the largest Warhammer 40,000 team event. Tickets are still selling daily, and our current forecast is a sellout with more than 1,100 players.
That puts Winter ITT on course to challenge the LGT for the title of the biggest 40K event in the world. Our forecast reflects the current pace of ticket sales and the extraordinary appetite for getting together, rolling dice and being part of something special.
Behind every ticket is a player, a club or a group chat turning “we should go to an event” into an actual plan. Teams are travelling together, bringing new players into the scene and building weekends that become annual traditions. That enthusiasm is driving these next two upgrades.
Our job is to match that enthusiasm with the venues, organisation and ambition it deserves.
Spring ITT: a bigger stage at NAEC Stoneleigh
24–25 April 2027 • NAEC Stoneleigh, Hall 3 • Five-player teams

Spring ITT is moving from Nechells Wellbeing Centre in Birmingham to NAEC Stoneleigh: a purpose-built events and exhibition venue in the Midlands. This is the biggest news in today’s announcement, and a major step forward for the spring teams weekend.
The move increases our capacity from 400 to over 600 players. More clubs can take part. More friends can put a team together. More players can experience the excitement of competing for something bigger than their own result.
If you’ve played a team event, you know why the format means so much to us. There’s the planning beforehand, the captains working through pairings, the teammates checking in between rounds and the moment when a hard-fought result makes the difference for the whole team. Every table has its own story, but you share the weekend together.
If you haven’t tried it yet, this is a brilliant reason to start assembling your five. You don’t need to be a national squad to enjoy a team tournament. Bring your club, your regular gaming group or the friends you’ve been talking about entering with, and give yourselves a weekend to look forward to.
With the new UKTC and national team ranking season beginning next month at the Autumn ITT in Surrey, there is a whole new season of team competition ahead. Spring ITT at NAEC will be one of the big weekends to build your plans around.
Save the date: Spring ITT tickets launch 30 October
Tickets go on sale on Friday 30 October 2026 at 2pm UK time. Put it in the calendar now, get your teammates together and decide who is organising your entry. The demand we’re seeing for team events is exactly why we’re making this move.
Surrey Super-Major: welcome to Weybridge
20–21 March 2027 • St George’s College Activity Centre, Weybridge

Our second upgrade brings a new home for the March Surrey Super-Major. We’re moving from Woking Leisure Centre to St George’s College Activity Centre in Weybridge—a larger, purpose-built activity venue that gives us room to meet the demand we’re seeing in Surrey.
Take a look at that hall. It is an exciting setting for a weekend of beautifully painted armies, close games and the atmosphere that makes a Super-Major worth travelling for. We want the venue to feel like part of the occasion from the moment you arrive.
Warhammer 40K, Kill Team and The Old World return on the same weekend, 20–21 March 2027. Whether you are chasing a strong finish, testing a new army or making your first trip to a UKTC event, the new venue is another reason to get Surrey into your calendar.
This upgrade reflects the same commitment as our move to NAEC: as the community grows, we will keep investing in the quality and scale of the events we run. Surrey tickets are already available, so you can secure your place now.
Growing the scene, raising the standard
Our mission is to make professionally run organised play accessible to every player in the country. Bigger venues help us welcome more people, but the experience of the individual player matters just as much: well-run games, a welcoming community and a weekend you want to come back to.
These two moves are part of that continuing work. From your first tournament to your next team adventure, we want there to be more opportunities to take part—and more reasons to be excited about doing so.
Thank you to everyone buying tickets, bringing friends, organising club teams and helping this community grow. You are the reason we can make announcements like this.
