Your institution. Your society. Your weekend.

This is a digital ticket for the UKTC BUCS Championship at Winter ITT, on 23–24 January 2027 at the NEC, Birmingham. One ticket covers one player for the two-day, five-game Warhammer 40,000 championship.

Come to represent your institution, enjoy five games and spend a weekend with your society and fellow students. Bring a 2,000-point army and a friendly attitude. First tournament? You are welcome, and our judges and event team are here to help.

Open to current university and college students, plus alumni within three years of leaving their institution. You can enter on your own: you do not need a full institution team.

Choose your ticket:
Standard — £40: championship entry, with the standard refund policy below.
Flex — £60: the same entry, plus UKTC's £20 flexible ticket upgrade.

Need more flexibility? With an enhanced Flex ticket, you are able to:
Get a full refund up until 14 days before the event if you choose not to attend.
Swap from game system to game system up until registration closes for each tournament.
Swap from one UKTC event ticketed through this website to another up until registration closes.

You enter individually and represent your institution together. Institution standings use each institution's top four results. If fewer than four players attend, missing places receive a null result. Your individual results still count.

Models must be assembled, identifiable and on the appropriate bases. There is no Battle Ready painting requirement.

Register on Best Coast Pairings and submit your army list by Sunday 17 January 2027 at 23:59.

All the event information can be found on the BUCS event page. Start with the welcome and essentials in the participant guide and event rules, then refer to the appendices whenever you need more detail.

Note: you will not receive a separate physical ticket for this event. Your purchase confirmation email is all you need to confirm your entry.

Please read the UKTC ticket terms and conditions and the Refund Policy below before booking. Questions? Contact the UKTC team and we will help.
