Salary: Dependent on Experience £18,000 - £24,000 Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised university graduate, sixth form or school leaver to join our team as an Entry-Level, Junior Programme Manager. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and day-to-day operations of our grassroots community support programme. You’ll work closely with the project director to develop your work place professional skill set, as well as external community leaders, and third party partners to ensure programmes run smoothly and community goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organising community outreach events, including seminars and workshops.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for community leaders, retailers, influencers, and other key partners, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Administrative Support: Help manage project schedules, track progress against milestones, maintain documents, and support budgeting and reporting tasks.
• Community Engagement: Help develop strategies to grow local gaming communities, including outreach campaigns, social media updates, and promotional activities.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the distribution of event kits, promotional materials, and recognition items to community leaders and store partners.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather input from community members and stakeholders; propose enhancements to program structure and resources.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Must be able to show a high level of motivation through performance at School/College/University.
• Organisational Abilities: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and proficiency with basic I.T. tools (e.g., spreadsheets, calendars).
• Passion for Gaming: Genuine interest in tabletop miniatures or similar gaming communities.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and aptitude for receiving and applying feedback.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to handle new challenges, work in a fast-paced environment, and balance multiple priorities.
